RETURN AND EXCHANGE

At DesiBae, we strive to deliver a seamless and exceptional experience for all our esteemed customers in their shopping, exchange, and return processes. Our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction, and our policies are structured to facilitate a smooth and efficient interaction with us. Please find the details of our return/exchange policy outlined below: 

 

Exchange Policy: 

  • Products must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags intact to be eligible for an exchange.

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will perform a quality check. The exchange process will begin only after the product passes inspection.

  • To proceed with the exchange, a flat ₹180 courier fee will apply. This amount covers the logistics partner’s reverse and re-shipping cost, and is not charged by DESIBAE.

  • If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to us. In this case, you’ll be responsible for the shipping cost and ensuring the product reaches us in good condition.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • For manufacturing defects, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share an unboxing video to support the claim.

  • Products that have been exchanged once are not eligible for a second exchange or return.

  • Items bought using store credit, during a sale, or as part of a combo offer are not eligible for exchange or return.


 

         

Customer Cancellations

  • Prepaid and COD Orders: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • For prepaid orders, customers can choose to receive a credit note or exchange the item for another product of equal value.

  • How to Request: Email us at support@desibae.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Note: Cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hours as the order moves into processing.

Order Cancellations by DESIBAE

We may cancel an order due to the following reasons:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect product or pricing information

  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity

If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Customers will be notified via email.

Cancellation Charges

  • Prepaid order cancellations will incur a 2–3% deduction to cover payment gateway charges.

  • COD orders cancelled within 24 hours will not incur any charges.

Credit Note Validity

Credit notes issued for cancellations or exchanges are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer returns or refunds once a product has been sold and delivered.

  • Products marked as ‘Sale’ or discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable
