Order Processing

Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing, depending on product availability and payment verification.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please check your order details carefully before completing checkout.
We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

All orders are reviewed by our security team and can be cancelled by DESIBAE at any time.
Orders may experience delays during special launches, holidays, or sale periods.

Purchasing & Shipping Methods

During checkout, available shipping methods and their costs (if any) will be shown.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–4 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders – Shipping is free.

  • COD Orders – Shipping is free, but a ₹92 partial payment is required to confirm your order.

  • Exchanges – While we don’t charge anything extra, a flat ₹180 courier fee (charged by the shipping partner) is applicable for all exchange requests.

Track Your Order

Once your order is processed by our fulfilment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please note: It may take some time for the tracking number to update after dispatch.

Lost Packages

If a tracking number shows as delivered, DESIBAE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
All risks are assumed by the courier once the order leaves our facility.
